The Renault Scenic has led the way in the MPV market. They claim to be the creators of the compact SUV and the Scenic continues to be one of the best cars in its class to this day. Aside from the 5-seater, there is also the 7-seater Grand Scenic. Both have acres of space in the cabin and large boots. The seating system is excellent - the rear-most ones can fold down to create a bigger load space. The design of the cabin has obviously been meticulously thought out. Everything looks neat and is user-friendly. There’s a lot of kit in the Scenic. On the road, both the standard Scenic and the Grand Scenic are easy to drive. The elevated driving position and excellent visibility give you the extra bit of assurance behind the wheel. The steering is responsive and nicely weighted, and it handles well. It glides nicely over potholes etc thanks to the supple ride quality and the suspension.
